At the end of February, Core Consultants held their annual shareholders conference at the South Pacific Resort in Noosa.

The two day event was attended by 10 members of the Core Consultants team who as part of the employee ownership scheme, are shareholders of the business.

The theme for the conference this year was ‘Building on our Foundations – Towards 2021’, a fitting theme as the business moves into their next growth phase.

Discussions were held around strategy and planning issues including Core Consultants’ point of difference, core values, and business culture.

From the valuable discussion and brainstorming sessions, the framework of the business’s five year strategic plan was developed.

The shareholders also discussed how to differentiate their services and client offering.

After a stimulating and challenging two days of hard work and fun, the conference ended on Friday evening with an enjoyable Noosa River cruise.
