Core Consultants held their shareholders conference in Noosa from the 2nd to 4th of February.

Fourteen shareholders attended the ‘Step-up to 2022’ conference where they quickly got down to work planning for the business’s future.

Each shareholder presented on their one main business ‘step change’ they would like promoted in 2018. We saw a diverse range of innovative ideas presented. Individual plans will be developed to bring these initiatives to life.

Over the course of the conference group workshops were held to develop a new five year business plan for 2018-2022. Goals and targets were set for short, medium and longer term for the business.

Work was also undertaken around the definition and understanding of Core Consultants culture.

The weekend was a great success with a lot of work achieved and laughs and fun thrown in.

The business’s new five year business plan will be issued to stakeholders in March 2018.
